THE ROOMS

All three bedrooms have big windows to let in as much natural light as possible, with air conditioning and comfortable beds.
​
The Master Bedroom is located at the back of the house and near the pool. It has a queen size bed, a day bed with a pull-out and has its own bathroom (bathtub/shower).
​
Front Bedroom: With a large window facing the front yard, it has two full size beds and an extra pull-out bed.
​
Middle Bedroom: With a large window facing the left side of the property, it has two bunk beds (4 single beds altogether).
​
The Front and Middle bedrooms share a good size common bathroom (shower) that is located between the two rooms.

There are a total of 2 bathrooms plus outdoor showers near the pool.
THE POOL
Our lap pool measures approximately 4.5m by 6.0m and it is 1.2m deep. It is maintained regularly with the highest quality chemicals (conventional halogen-based).
THE SPACE: LIVING, DINING, & KITCHEN
The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all under one open section of the house, providing a great place to lounge around and gather. Its high ceiling and large windows create a very spacious indoor environment while letting you still enjoy the surrounding greenery.

The kitchen has lots of countertop areas for food preparation, including a good size refrigerator, a gas oven with gas & electric burners, microwave oven, electric kettle, and rice cooker.
